Owners of historic residences may be eligible for income tax credits of 25% to help pay for their home’s rehabilitation.

Owners of historic income-producing properties may be eligible for a federal tax credit of 20% and a Wisconsin tax credit of 20% (40% total) to help pay for their building’s rehabilitation.
